Rigaud is located between Bordeaux and Bergerac airports, being approximately 50 minutes from both. Alternatively, you may fly into Paris.

From Paris, take an Air France domestic flight from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Bordeaux or pick up the high speed TGV train from Gare Montparnasse to Bordeaux St Jean (one hour from Chateau Rigaud) or to Libourne (20 minutes from the chateau).

We strongly recommend hiring a car. Taxis are expensive and scarce and there is no Uber service locally. Hire cars are available from all the major providers at both airports and there is a Europcar depot opposite Libourne station. The closest station is Castillon La Bataille but it's quiet and without a regular taxi service.

Expect to pay €150 for a taxi from Bordeaux airport to the Chateau. The Chateau minibuses are available at a cost of €190 per vehicle for an airport transfer. We have two minibuses each able to take 8 passengers.
